Valencian VET: "Books that Matter VET, thanks for remembering us".

Thanks and smiles have made the opposite way to the one made weeks ago by the 741 books donated from the Aragonese VET to the Valencian VET, affected by the DANA, within the campaign Books that Matter VET.

Kate Morton, Ken Follet, Ana Alcolea, Luis Zueco, Ana Castillo, Elísabet Benavent, Andrés Pascual, Cecilia Millán, Tom Sharpe, Italo Calvino, Laetitia Colombani, Fannie Flagg, Laura Gállego...and a long etcetera traveled through the pages of their books to Valencia.

And now from Valencia, the students and teachers of the 4 schools that have received the shipment: CIPFP CATARROJA and IES BERENGUER DALMAU, both from the town of Catarroja; IES 25 D'APRIL from Alfafar and IES SALVADOR GADEA from Aldaia want us to transmit their gratitude to all the people who participated, from Aragon, in the initiative.

Dedications

We cannot know why things happen, but we can know that everything will have a solution. PUPPET. Manolo García. It starts with the lyrics of the well-known song "Where were you then when I needed you so much?". Surely this question has been asked at many times since the DANA hit the Levante. This book wants to be a help in those moments of depression that this catastrophe has caused in all the Valencian people.

It was 1995 when young Pascual, a substitute literature teacher, sent us to read La perla. Unlike many people, I always loved to read the books we were sent at school or high school. This story, so simple, so humble, and so heartbreaking, touched the bottom of my adolescent heart.
