Primary Project 4: Detection of profile needs in the professional sector

The purpose of this project is to identify and characterize the training actions demanded by the sector, both in the creation of new specialties and the updating of existing ones. The functions carried out by the Center of Excellence are undertaken in collaboration with the National Reference Center for Commercial Logistics and Transportation Management. These functions are:

  • Analysing new training trends and experimenting with their implementation.
  • Establish benchmarks for other training centres.
  • Contribute to the design and development of technical and methodological improvement plans aimed at teaching or training staff, experts and professional counsellors, as well as assessors involved in professional competence recognition processes.

In this section you will be able to consult the reports on the training needs of the sector as they are updated, as well as the events held to disseminate and publicize these reports.
