From the Management Consultancy for Continuous Improvement of the CIFPA has organized a conference on leadership In Management Systems In Teaching Centers, addressed to the directors of the same, to address the benefits of documented management systems In organizations intended for teacher training.
Although the advantages of a management system are well known, its development and implementation must take full advantage of the potential and good practices of the staff of the Centre without the new management system being an added burden. To achieve this, it is imperative that management teams lead, promote and stimulate changes towards continuous improvement.
The Centre for Innovation in Vocational Training in Aragon will support all the initiatives that arise in the Teaching Centers, giving the training support and advice required.
