Agile methodologies in the VET classroom. Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Scrum, Kanban and OKR (Mixed).

The aim is for teachers to learn and work in the classroom with technological and collaborative tools that are already in use in the company. The course will focus on the following tools: Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Scrum, Kanban and OKR.

Transversal training: Methodological innovation, Digitalization

Teacher profile: All VET families (preferably teachers of A.0 cycles).
