The presence of ADAS (driving assistance systems) in most of today's vehicles is a fact: adaptive cruise control, lane following, 360º camera, dynamic light assistant... This reality represents a technological challenge for teachers and, therefore, they must become familiar with the handling and use of new tools such as alignment benches to perform system calibrations and adjustments. This training will also cover the new technologies in terms of occupant comfort that are available in the passenger compartment of a modern medium/high range vehicle.
