The role of the leaders of every formative organization, as is the case of the CIFEs, determines how far the center will reach with its different groups of interest, being key the need to acquire the skills and skills to exercise this Role in the development of teachers, students and society in the final analysis. The activity is directed to all the director@s of CIFE and to the managers of organization of the General Directorate of Personnel and Teacher Training.
