04 Jun III Congress on Educational Innovation. Communications from VET
On 1 and 2 October, the 3rd Congress on Educational Innovation will be held on the theme "The Challenges of Citizenship of the Future". This meeting, organised by the Department of Education, Culture and Sport of the Government of Aragon, will work from different areas (digitalisation, delocalised environments and online and virtual education) with a priority objective: to improve the learning processes of students.
Vocational Training also has a lot to contribute to this forum for reflection and work on the education of the future in Aragon. For this reason, all VET teachers are invited to present papers on classroom initiatives or research that contribute to this change based, above all, on digitalisation and new active teaching methodologies.
16 papers will be presented at the Congress, 4 of which will be related to Vocational Training. The deadline for submitting these papers is 30 June 2021 and from 10 September the selected papers will be published on the website of the III Congress.
The presentation of the papers on Vocational Training is scheduled for 1 October and will be offered in virtual format via YouTube. Before that, they can be recorded in the iNTiVi Space of the Innovation Centre for Vocational Training of Aragon (CIFPA). The duration of this recording may not exceed 20 minutes. These contributions can be either classroom practices or research related to:
- Technologies at the service of improving the student learning process.
- The presence of digital competence throughout the educational community.
- Self-control and emotional intelligence in the use of digital tools.
- Citizenship and digital wisdom.
- Digital equity.
- Bridging the digital divide.
- Challenge-based learning.
