Diverse Picasso arrives at CIFPA from the adapted FP of IES Ramón y Cajal

On the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the Innovation Center for Vocational Training of Aragon (CIFPA) has opened a very special exhibition: Picasso Diverse. This exhibition includes works, in different formats, made by the students of the Initial Qualification Programs (PCI) of the IES Ramón y Cajal of Zaragoza.

The inauguration could not miss the 2nd year students who have participated in the entire artistic process. They are students of the programs of Agrogardening and floral compositions, Manufacture and assembly and Laundry and textile arrangements.

Manuel Casanova and Omar Trawally were in charge of explaining the exhibition, who placed the work and personality of Pablo Picasso in the 20th century. Fatima Sadiq explained the life of the painter from Malaga and his relationship with women. To close the event, Miryam Labarta showed and described the reinterpretation that these young artists have made of Guernica, relating each scene of the original painting with events and moments lived in the 21st century.

In this interlevel project, promoted by the teachers of the PCI of IES Ramón y Cajal and focused on the figure of the painter Pablo Picasso, the students and teachers of the Bachillerato de Artes have also been involved.

The exhibition is installed in the Espacio Desconecta of CIFPA so it can be visited by all those who pass daily through these facilities. The students and teachers of IES Ramón y Cajal have been able to know all the spaces of CIFPA and have shared breakfast with the staff working in the entity.
