Four centres committed to innovation in Aragon

Four VET centres in Aragon: CPIFP Pirámide, CPIFP Corona de Aragón, CPIFP Movera and CPIFP San Blas are already developing their proposals for innovation projects at regional level. These are initiatives that other centres can join, so if you are an active teacher in a public Vocational Training centre and together with your students you can contribute and enrich any of the projects already active, you can apply to join as a participant, by means of the corresponding annexes.

This call for innovation projects of the Aragonese Community is still open and proposals can be submitted at any time up to June 2022.

The Directorate General for Innovation and Vocational Training, with this call, wants the centres to promote innovative initiatives that may involve the transfer of knowledge to the companies in their environment. As stated in the RESOLUTION of 12 March 2021, "the projects will also serve to improve the teaching practice of teachers and in turn improve the professional skills of their students and increase their motivation for current and future learning".

These proposals must be along one of the lines set out in the call for proposals:

  1. Promote digitisation and the use of digital technologies.
  2. Promote digitisation and technological innovation in SMEs.
  3. Design and implement innovative services in vocational training centres.
  4. Improving the organisation and management of schools, towards a digital and sustainable model.
  5. Integrating digital processes as a vehicle for the development of transversal competences for students.
  6. To develop innovative teaching resources for vocational training in face-to-face or distance mode, such as simulators or other technological tools.
  7. To propose sustainable processes and solutions that promote innovation in the productive, industrial and service sectors.

In addition to meeting at least one of these objectives, the actions carried out in the innovation projects will be environmentally sustainable processes and will be aligned, as far as possible, with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the European Union's 2030 Agenda.

The scale for the assessment of innovation projects is as follows:

  1. Contextualisation, feasibility and design of the project. Maximum 10 points
  2. Statement of objectives and expected results. Maximum 10 points
  3. Timing of the actions and phases of the project. Maximum 5 points
  4. Performance evaluation plan. Maximum 10 points
  5. Sustainability of the actions and expected knowledge transfer. Maximum 10 points
  6. Degree of involvement and commitment of participants and, where appropriate, companies in the development of the project. Maximum 5 points
  7. Involvement and participation of students. Maximum 5 points
  8. Departments and professional families involved. Maximum 5 points
  9. Number of participating centres. Maximum 5 points
  10. Digitisation and use of digital technologies in training processes. Maximum 10 points
  11. Promotion of digitalisation and technological innovation in SMEs. Maximum 5 points
  12. Design and implementation of innovative services in the centres. Maximum 5 points
  13. Integration of digital processes as a vehicle for the development of transversal competences of students. Maximum 5 points
  14. Development of innovative teaching resources for vocational training in face-to-face or distance mode. Maximum 5 points
  15. Environmentally sustainable processes aligned with the SDGs. Maximum 5 points
