Teacher training drives Continuous improvement

The General Directorate Of Personnel And Teacher Training has initiated a clear commitment to the Implementation Of continuous Improvement In the Network Of teaching Centres in Aragon in the words of its director General, Tomás Guajardo, during the Inauguration of the Leadership and Impulse Day in the management systems of the Teachers ' Centres.

The conference was held on 17 October at the facilities of the Centre for Innovation in Vocational Training in Aragon and brought together the directors and principals of the Territorial Teaching Centres and other staff of the Directorate General of Personnel and Teacher Training. The activity was taught by José Ramón García Aranda, international Expert In Management Excellence and DIRECTOR At INSIGHT management Solutions (EUROPA/LATAM).

The General Directorate's interest in having a quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 for the entire Teacher Training Network in Aragon has led the CIFPA to articulate a series of actions and activities aimed at this end. In Addition to the celebration of the day yesterday, from the Management consultancy for The Continuous improvement of THE CIFPA has been organized a first Training in ISO 9001:2015, scheduled for the next day 11 December, directed to both Directors of the Teaching Centres as well as the future responsible for Quality of the Training Network, which will be given by the chief auditor of AENOR Aragón.

On the other hand, and in order to provide the Network with the Formation of a starting model for the implementation of a system of continuous improvement in each centre, on September 26th a Working Group was formed by the director Of The CP María de Ávila , Teresa León, The Director of CIFPA, Antonio Carrión, and the respective quality managers of both centers. This working group is expected to obtain a handbook or help guide for the Territorial Teaching Centres.
