The CIFPA is already a national reference center

On 1 February, a joint proposal from the Minister of Labour, Migrations and Social Security and the Minister of Education and Vocational Training, with the prior approval of the Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Service, was approved in the Council of Ministers the creation as a National Reference Center the Centre for Innovation for Vocational Training in Aragon, in the professional area of Commercial Logistics and Transportation Management of the professional family Trade and Marketing, in the field of Training Professional, in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement between the Public Employment Service of the State, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport and the Autonomous Community of Aragon for the creation of the National Reference Centre, signed on June 4, 2018.

The creation of the new National Reference Centre has been published in the General Provisions (Ministry of the Presidency, relations with the Courts and Equality) of the BOE of February 2, 2019:

CREATION OF THE NATIONAL REFERENCE CENTER – BOE 02/02/2019

The actions of the new National Reference Center, in the field of the professional area of Commercial Logistics and Transport Management, will be articulated in three fundamental lines of work assigned to a departmental structure:

  • Observation, Research and Innovation

This line of action will have the task of observing and analysing, at a state level, the evolution of the productive sectors, in order to adapt the supply of training to the needs of the labour market.

To Study the suitability of facilities, equipment and didactic means, to develop techniques of organization and management of training and to propose the application of criteria, indicators and quality devices for training centres and entities.

Establish collaborative links, including the management of virtual networks, with institutes and autonomous qualification agencies, universities, technology and research centres, integrated Vocational Training centres, companies, and other Entities, to encourage research, innovation and development of Vocational Training, as well as to observe and analyse the evolution of scientific and technological bases related to training processes or to the reference sector.

To Undergo formative innovation actions linked to the National Catalogue of Professional Qualifications to validate their suitability and, where appropriate, to elaborate contents, methodologies and didactic materials to propose their updating.

  • Development, Experimentation, Training, Accreditation and Recognition of Professional Competencies

This will contribute to the design and development of technical and methodological improvement plans aimed at teaching or training staff, professional experts and counsellors, as well as evaluators involved in processes of recognition of Professional skills.

Collaborate with the most representative business and trade union organizations, as well as with the joint Commissions constituted under the sectoral collective bargaining at the state level.

Participate in international programmes and initiatives in their field of action.

Collaborate with the National Qualifications Institute in updating the National Catalogue of Professional Qualifications.

To Collaborate and, where appropriate, to carry out studies necessary to develop certificates of professionalism, as well as in the realization, custody, maintenance and updating of their evaluation tests.

To Collaborate in the procedure of Evaluation and accreditation of the professional competencies of recognition of the professional competencies acquired by work experience.

  • Internationalization

It will lead to international projects of prospecting, innovation (didactic, technological and entrepreneurial...), and experimentation with entities and centres of other countries.

To Manage and participate in the design of international projects of prospecting, innovation and experimentation with entities and centers of other countries.

To Participate in international programmes of mobility of professors and experts in the field of logistics and transport management.

Collaborate with other centers, companies and organizations of the international field.

To Promote and establish links of collaboration with the productive sector at international level, with public and private entities, with the social agents, establishing virtual networks and agreements of technological transfers, innovation of activities and Products, exchange of activities and resources in programs and initiatives.
