Training aimed at knowing and learning to carry out different physical-chemical analysis techniques that are carried out on the main types of food in order to be able to assess the quality and safety of food.
Speakers: Teaching and research staff of the Degree in Food Science and Technology and the Agri-Food Institute of Aragon (IA2).
