Teacher training is approached both from the point of view of updating specific knowledge of the professional family and from the point of view of improving transversal and methodological skills. The CIFPA promotes and encourages teacher training through various participation formats such as courses, congresses, seminars and working groups.
The training offer is structured in three main areas of training that seek to respond to the requirements of the current Vocational Training: Innovation, Digital Transformation, Improvement of Professional Competence.
